Our mission is to help couples and families work through critical family problems like divorce, separation, parenting plans or caring for elderly parents and to reach workable solutions that they can live with over time. We are committed to offering an effective, sensitive and efficient alternative to litigation and other forms of adversarial, time consuming and expensive methods of resolving problems and disputes.

Mediation
We offer the mediation process as the way for couples and families to identify options and make their own agreements. We will help you to express your individual concerns in your own voice, to discover workable options. We will guide you through a structured process to solutions that work now and over time. Mediation is less costly and less time consuming than litigation. As an attorney, I can also draft the appropriate agreements or divorce filings.
Free Consultation
If a couple wishes, I will meet with you for a half-hour free consultation. I will explain the mediation process, talk with you about your situation and answer questions you may have. If we decide that Mediation is right for you, we may begin the first session immediately after the consultation.
